Product Discription
As Rotomolding Plastics , the round mold is applied to Home appliances, electronics with high quality. The molds cost less then other molding methods.
Product Advantages
1. The plastic can be easily and cheaply made into powder or paste to ensure a faster heat transfer between raw materials during the process of rotational molding
2. The melt flow rate (MFR, also known as melt index) of the plastic should be appropriate, that is means that the raw material must have good fluidity (flowing by itself and hanging the wall in the mold cavity) in the case of no external force after heating and melting.
